Two novels by prominent Turkish author Orhan Kemal have been translated into Greek. "My Father's House" and "The Idle Years" were translated by Stella Christidou and published by Kastaniotis Publishing House, reported Hurriyet, underlining that this is the first Turco-Greek literary cooperation on novels. The two countries' poetry is well translated into both Greek and Turkish, from Constantine P. Cavafy to Can Yucel.
